Being born in Germany and moving all around the world really shaped my point of view. My parents both being from the Dominican Republic has also shaped my knowledge of my culture and dual language skills.
Currently I am a Sophomore Journalism major with a minor in Political Science at Quinnipiac University. I am also working in an internship with The New Haven Independent on a local Hunger report and write free-lance whenever I have time.
I strive to one day work for Telemundo or Univision or some sort of Latin broadcasting station in my future. I will be that Afro-Latinx representation younger generations crave to see on T.V and News.
